Your report sets out three to five practical improvements, which may include tools you can use, tasks AI could help with or simpler ways of handling everyday work. Even if you make the changes yourself, you will have clear recommendations to work through.

What I suggest, why it fits your business and how it could help. That may mean changing a routine, using a tool you already have or putting AI to work on a recurring task.

A sensible order, clear first steps and what to check as you go. Where I suggest a new tool, I will explain its role and any likely costs.

See the time you could get back

I will assess the potential to free up around five hours a week and explain the assumptions behind any estimate. What is possible depends on your business and the changes you make.

Your personally checked report within one week of receiving your completed questionnaire and any essential clarification. I will confirm your delivery date. An optional 30 minute conversation to talk through the recommendations is included.

  2. Book your review

    If you would like to go ahead, I will send you a link to book and pay the £499 fee in full.

  3. Complete the questionnaire

    Walk me through your day, the tasks you dread and where work piles up. You do not need to know the solution.

  4. Receive your tailored report

    Within one week of receiving your completed answers and any essential clarification, receive your three to five improvements, the reasons behind them and clear first steps. Choose whether to take up the included 30 minute conversation.
