Booking your Revamp Review
Updated 18 October 2026
The Revamp Review gives you a clear, practical starting point for making work easier in your business.
Who you are booking with
Your service provider is John Field Fundraising Ltd, trading as Revamp, company number 13040151, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 61 Wildcroft Drive, North Holmwood, Dorking, England, RH5 4TX. Contact john@revampbusiness.co.uk.
What is included
For £499, you receive a personally checked written report based on your completed questionnaire and any essential clarification. It sets out three to five practical improvements, why they fit your business, priorities, likely tool costs, setup effort and clear first steps. An optional 30 minute discussion of the recommendations is included at no extra charge.
Payment is made in full through Stripe when you book. No VAT is added. There is no subscription or requirement to buy further help.
When you receive the report
The report is due within one week of receiving your completed questionnaire and any essential clarification. John will confirm the delivery date. If information is missing, he will explain what is needed. Any change to an already agreed delivery date will be discussed with you.
What we need from you
Please provide honest, reasonably accurate answers and let John know if something material changes. Estimates are fine when labelled as estimates. Only share information you are entitled to provide and avoid unnecessary personal or confidential details about other people.
Recommendations and further help
The review provides advice and practical next steps. It does not include installing software, connecting accounts, building automations or managing changes on your behalf. Any implementation work is agreed and priced separately before it starts.
Tool subscriptions are separate purchases. Prices and features can change, so check them before buying. Time savings are estimates based on the information available, not a promise of five hours back or a guaranteed financial return.
You can use the report and supplied starter instructions within your business and share them with people helping you implement the recommendations. Rights in third party tools and materials remain with their owners.
If you need to cancel
Email John if you need to cancel. If work on your report has not started, you will receive a full refund. Completing the questionnaire alone does not mean that report work has started.
Once work starts, any charge will be a reasonable proportion of the £499 fee, based on how much of the agreed review has actually been completed. We will provide a written breakdown of the analysis, research, recommendations and report preparation completed. The calculation will reflect the work delivered, rather than simply the time spent or a fixed cancellation penalty. We will refund the remaining balance and will not charge for work we have not done.
We will confirm the refund calculation in writing and arrange any agreed refund within 14 calendar days. The total charge cannot exceed £499. These arrangements do not limit any statutory rights.
If Revamp cannot complete the agreed review and you do not agree to a revised arrangement, we will refund the undelivered part. If the partial work is not reasonably usable on its own, we will provide a full refund.
If something is not right
Email John with the issue and what you would like put right. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days and provide a substantive response within ten working days. If we need longer, we will explain why and give you an update date.
If we have misunderstood information you supplied or missed something within the agreed scope, we will correct it without an additional fee. New requirements or implementation work will be discussed and priced separately before any work begins.
Care and responsibility
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. You remain responsible for decisions about your business and for checking any changes before putting them into use. This does not remove our responsibility for the service we have agreed to provide.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Business bookings
These terms are for reviews purchased for business purposes. If your purchase is mainly for personal use, please tell John before paying so that the appropriate consumer information and cancellation arrangements can be provided. These business terms do not override any consumer rights that apply.
We will provide these terms before you book, confirm the agreed service in writing and give you a copy you can keep. England and Wales law applies, without removing any mandatory rights or court protections that apply to you.
